Returns Policy Love Parasols Limited

At Love Parasols, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns Policy explains your rights and our procedures.

1. Statutory 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Distance Contracts)

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, if you are a Consumer (an individual buying for personal use) and you purchased online or via a distance contract, you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

  • The 14-day period starts on the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.
  • To cancel, you must notify us in writing by email to info@loveparasols.com before the end of the 14-day period. Please include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
  • Once you notify us, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you informed us of cancellation.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund under the cooling-off period:

  • Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused (beyond reasonable inspection), in the original packaging, and with all labels and tags still attached.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or make a deduction from the refund if the goods have been used, damaged, or are not in a resaleable condition.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods (unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied by us).

3. Refunds

  • We will refund the price you paid for the goods (excluding the original delivery charge) within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used to place the order.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

If the goods arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  • Contact us as soon as possible at info@loveparasols.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange collection/return at our expense.
  • We will offer a full refund (including delivery costs), repair, or replacement at no extra cost to you.

5. Exclusions

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • Goods that have been used beyond reasonable inspection for hygiene or health protection reasons.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage.
